Welcome to the web site of Samba Tawe.  We are a percussion  and dance group, based in Swansea,  South Wales.  On this site you can see where we are playing next, find out how you can join in the fun, or see how you can book Samba Tawe to add zest and colour to your event. 

Samba Tawe was  established in 1994.  It has evolved  from that time into a 60+ performance outfit comprising drummers, percussionists and a dance group.  A typical gig would see 30-40  performers, drummers and dancers in action.

Samba Tawe  regularly performs at carnivals, festivals, busks, gigs, parties and civic events.  In the last few years we have initiated our own large scale events, too.

You can see us performing regularly in the Swansea Bay area and all over West Wales.  Occasionally further afield, too.  Checkout our current gig calendar to see when we are next performing..
